I did some initial prep work for my next project. As soon as it’s official, I’ll reveal why I’m suddenly making all these personal projects: there’s something I’m doing that I need them for, and I’m very excited about it.

The pattern.  I haven’t tried this one yet, but it looks simple and like it will go together very quickly and I love the top stitching.

The fabric.  More from Rifle Paper Co, and the dress is named after the fabric again.  I love this pattern so much.  I also want to use it to line a jacket (I have no idea why; I have never made a jacket that wasn’t a costume ever).
